Bhujangasana steps and benefits

Bhujangasana, which we also know as Cobra pose. This is a back bending pose.

This is the back bending pose, which makes your spine strong. It also strengthens your shoulders.

To perform this pose, you should lie down on the ground and forward both hands.

Now press your hands on the ground and move your upper body as far as possible.

This pose is also very beneficial for your chest.

If you have a cervical pan or you have a slip disk, then you should not do this pose.

Pregnant women should also not pose because it has a bad effect on their child.
