Learning how to handle your feelings can be as simple as taking a deep breath and using some mindfulness. Some folks don’t know this. But getting down on your hands and knees, will take your mind off of your problems for a moment.
When you are in this mental state, take a few deep breaths and slow your breathing. It is all about noticing your breathing. You are actually slowing down your body down, allowing the muscles to relax, and gaining focus.
