Black Urad dal porridge has ample of benefits when it comes to women's health. Today I wanted to try it again after a long trip and a week of sedentary work(Couldn't move around as usual).
There are various options in making this sweet porridge. We can add cashews roasted in ghee or add coconut into it. I am not a big fan of ghee and coconut so let's see my simpler version of karupu uludham Kanji
