Sleep Late at night Can Dead You Soon | New Research: A new medical study has found that people who sleep late at night and wake up late in the morning are more likely to die prematurely.
According to media reports, a study of more than 400,000 people found that those who woke up late at night were ten percent more likely to die early than those who woke up early in the morning.
In addition, it has been found that people who wake up late are more likely to suffer from a variety of mental and physical ailments.
The participants in the study were between the ages of 38 and 73. Scientists asked them if they were “getting up early, getting moderate sleep or sleeping late.”
Scientists then observed these individuals for six and a half years. Taking into account factors such as age, sex, nationality, smoking habits, weight and economic status.
