First of all, you need to install and activate Age Gate plugin on your site. This is the best WordPress Age Verification Plugin that allows you to set restrictions based on age on your WordPress site.

#Features

When the page loads, it asks the users to do age verification.

You can choose Age Verification for the entire site or specific content.

Allows to set “Remember me” checkbox.

You can add your own logo.

Can customize background color/image, foreground color and text color

You can set the required age.

Once the plugin is activated, it will add a new menu item with Age Gate to your WordPress dashboard. Just click on it. This will take you to the plugin's settings page.

In this page, you can set the minimum age verification as per your requirement. After this, you can set the age verification restriction on the entire website or only on a specific page.

Through its "Varied ages" option, you can set different age restriction for different posts and pages on your website.

The plugin adds three options to add age verification,

•Input fields
•Dropdown boxes
•Yes/No buttons

You can choose the age restriction form as per your requirements. According to me Yes/No buttons are the best.

The plugin adds a Remember me checkbox to your age verification page. Also, you can set the length of Remember me and choose a date format so that the user does not have to verify the age again and again.

After configuring all the settings, click on the Save changes button. Now go to your site to check age verification.
