First of all, you need to install and activate HTML Widget Titles plugin in your site.

With this plugin you can convert your WordPress widget title into a clickable link.

After activating the plugin, drag and drop the widget you want to convert to a link in the sidebar of your site. After this add the following line to the widget title field.

[a href=http://www.google.com]Google [/a]

Replace http://www.google.com with your link and enter any text you want instead of Google.

Now click on “Save” button. You can visit their site to see the links added to your widget titles.
