How to change password in PowerPoint presentation

Step: #1

First of all open the presentation whose password you want to change.

Now click on Office button then click on Prepare > Encrypt Document.

Delete the old password from the Password box in front of it and OK by typing the new password in its place.

Then confirm the password and click OK.

Step: #5

After that save the presentation and close it. Your password has been changed. You can check it by opening the presentation.
