First of all we right click on the icon of My Computer / This PC and click on “Manage” option.
After that a pop up window will open, you will get the option of “Disk Management” in the left side, click on it.
Now you will see all the partitions of your system, right click on the drive in which you want to create partition and click on “Shrink Volume”.
Now a new pop-up window will open in front of you, in which you have to fill the size of your new drive, after that click on “Shrink” at the end.
Now a new drive is ready in front of you, whose name is “Unallocated”, you have to right click on it and click on “New Sample Volume”.
Now a new window will appear in front of you, keep clicking on “Next” until the option of “Finish” appears.
Now click on the option of “Finish”, you can go to “My Computer / This PC” and you will see a new partition there which you can use comfortably.
