First, login to your WordPress site and click on Media. Here all your images and other media files are stored.

If you know the name of the image, you can use the search feature to find it.

When you click on the image, a popup window will open. Where you can see the image details (file name, file type, upload date, file size, dimensions, alt text, title, caption, description) in the right column.

You will finally see the Image URL next to the Copy Link option. You can copy the link and use it anywhere.
