How to set password in PowerPoint presentation

Step: #1

First of all prepare the presentation by opening powerpoint. Or you can use any other pre-made PowerPoint presentation for this task. For this, open the presentation and write it.

Step: #2

Now click on the Office button at the top left corner, then go to Prepare and click on Encrypt Document.

By doing this, a dialog box named Encrypt Document will open in front of you. Here you enter the password and press OK.

After pressing OK, enter again to confirm the password. and press OK.

Step: #5

After that save the presentation and close it. Your presentation is now password protected. Please re-open this presentation to check it. You will see that a password box is coming in front of you.

Step: #6

Enter the password you set in this box and press OK. Your powerpoint presentation will open.
