CTR means click through rate. This is divided by the total advertisement views in the number of clicks on the advertisement.

CTR= Number of clicks/number of Ad impressions

CTR%=Number of ad clicks/ number of Ad Impression =100

Simply put, if 100 visitors come to your site, then you get 20 clicks, then your CTR will be 20%.

CTR is helpful for any advertiser to know the efficiency or effectiveness of its ads. This means that it is found out by CTR that how many impressions were there on your website or blog or how many people saw the ads banner and how many of them clicked on those ads. Therefore, we can say that through CTR, the advertiser sees how effective his ads have been for him.

For Example – Suppose your Ad Banner was seen by a total of 100 people but only 3 people clicked on that Ad then your CTR will be 3% or 0.03. Therefore, in this way, the number of people who clicked on the Ad Banner after seeing it, CTR is its Percentage Rate.

CTR stands for "click-through rate," and it is a metric used to measure the effectiveness of a website or webpage in terms of how often users click on a link to visit the site. In SEO, CTR is used to measure the performance of a website or webpage in search engine results pages (SERPs).

CTR is calculated by dividing the number of clicks on a link by the number of times the link was shown (impressions). The formula for CTR is:

CTR = (number of clicks / number of impressions) x 100

For example, if a webpage received 1,000 impressions and 100 clicks, its CTR would be 10%.

A higher CTR is generally considered to be a positive indicator of the effectiveness of a website or webpage in terms of search engine optimization (SEO).
