Physical Structure – There is no difference in the physical structure of USB 2.0 and USB 3.0, there is a black blog inside the USB port of both the devices.

Date Transfer Rate - On the one hand, where the data transfer speed of USB 2.0 is 480 Mbps, the data transfer speed of USB 3.0 is 4800 Mbps, which is almost 10 times more than the speed of USB 2.0.

Types of Communication – USB 2.0 communication is One Way, meaning it can transfer data from Host to End Point, on the other hand USB 3.0 communication is Two Way.

Power Consumption – While USB 2.0 is economical in terms of power consumption, which is 500mA, on the other hand USB 3.0 has a power consumption of 900mA.

Number of Wires – If we talk about the wires, then the number of wires in USB 2.0 is 4, on the other hand the number of wires in USB 3.0 is 9.

Length of Cable – If you talk about the length of the cable, the length of the cable is 5 meters in USB 2.0, and if you talk about USB 3.0 then it is 3 meters.
