There are different kinds of dosa that can be made from lentils and legumes. This recipe of Kandinooka Dosa is made from Toor dal and a mix of rice and chana dal which give a delicious dosa. This is an authentic recipe that has come from in our house from generations passed on, taken from my mother's shelf.
