• Label information must be precise, unmistakable, and easy to read under regular shopping and usage conditions. It should be visible, easily noticeable, and permanent for the benefit of the consumer.
• If the product packaging includes an external wrapper or casing.

Name of the Item:

• The name of the food item, reflecting its actual character, indicating its true identity.
• When a food's composition is mandated under regulatory guidelines, the assigned name must be used to confirm its identity.
• When the designed name is unavailable, a common name or a description that accurately reflects the food's nature is acceptable.
• In addition, the use of coined, fanciful, brand, or trade names is permitted by the Food Standards (Advertising and Claims) Regulation 2018.

Content Content of the Product:

• A detailed ingredient list must be included, must be supplied.
• Declaration of the products as vegetarian or non-vegetarian·
• A visible declaration of food additives.

FSSA symbol and registration number:

• The mark and licence are provided to ensure authenticity.

• A unique lot, batch number, or code must be present on each package for tracking purposes.
