You must first get a Fingerprint Card.

2. Making the document official with attestation and translation

Have the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in the country where the record was made certify the fingerprint card with its attestation.

Translate the document into Arabic (as required by Oman) and then have the translation certified.

3. Submit Oman PCC Application at Royal Oman Police.

If you choose postal applications, attach your fingerprint card, passport copy, visa page or residence card (if you have one) and one passport-sized photo and post them to authorities of Royal Oman Police, Muscat, Oman.

Your passport and documents have to be sent to the closest Omani Embassy or Consulate and they will share them with the ROP for you.

Take the fingerprints properly so they are not likely to be rejected.

Black ink should be used and you should prevent your signature from smudging.

Send clear photographs of your passport, visa and resident card, if it is needed.

Add a cover letter in which you detail why you are coming and how long you will be in Oman.
