Interior Design Services
Every project includes 3D visualisation, a written estimate and a single timeline covering both design and build. Our designers and delivery teams work in-house rather than subcontracting the work out, which keeps the design intent intact through construction.
For homes, our villa interior design covers full concepts for majlis and family living layouts, kitchen and bedroom design, and furniture scaled for villa spaces. Our apartment interior design focuses on space planning and furnishing within a fixed floor plan, so every square foot is used well.

Renovation and Fit-Out

If you only need one room done, we also offer kitchen renovation and bathroom renovation, covering waterproofing, tiling, plumbing and cabinetry to DM standards. Outdoors, our landscaping and swimming pool service designs gardens, pergolas, outdoor kitchens and pools alongside the interior. For commercial clients, our office fit-out service covers Cat A and Cat B works in Dubai towers, including the building-management NOC and DM fit-out permit.
Joinery and Furniture Made In-House
Our state-of-the-art joinery factory produces custom furniture and joinery to your exact measurements: wardrobes, kitchen cabinets, wall panelling and TV units. Because production happens in-house, you get tighter control over quality and delivery dates than when joinery is subcontracted.
Approvals Made Easy
Approvals are where many projects lose time. Our approvals team handles Dubai Municipality and Dubai Civil Defence submissions, as well as private sector approvals for communities such as Emaar, Nakheel, Damac and Trakhees. We manage this as part of the project rather than handing it back to you. Timelines vary by building and scope, and we confirm them during the initial consultation, so you have a fixed schedule before work begins.
