1. Check Connection with Modem

The modem connects to the router via an Ethernet cable. Verify each end of the cable is plugged into the correct ports: the router's WAN port and the modem's LAN port. Ensure the cable is undamaged.

2. Make Sure You’ve Searched Correct URL

Orbi router login interface can be accessed via orbilogin.com or orbilogin.net. If these URLs are unresponsive, use the router's default IP address, 192.168.1.1.

3. Update Browser and Then Try Login

You should use the Updated web browser to log in to the Orbi interface. Check the browser is up-to-date or not, if not then open the browser settings, select the ABOUT option and click UPDATE.

4. Reboot Your Orbi System

5. Reset Orbi Router

2. Use a paper pin or pen and press the RESET button.

3. Hold it for 10 seconds and release it.

4. Wait for Orbi router ring LED shows solid light.
