1. Satellite Placed Out of Orbi Router’s Reach

Make sure that your satellite is not too far from the router. The major distance between the satellite and router should be around 20-40 Ft.

2. WiFi Signal Interruptions caused by electronic devices

Be aware of devices like microwave ovens and cordless phones, which generate electromagnetic waves. These devices interrupt WiFi signals. If you suspect interference, test your WiFi connection in different locations within your home, away from these devices.

3. Orbi Device is Not Powered On

Ensure your Orbi router and satellites are receiving power. Also make sure, the power cords you’re using are free from any cuts or damage.

4. Modem not Connected to the Router
