A drug Rehabilitation centre means a center where drug healing, alcohol healing, and therapist or healers are available. Everyone calls it by different names. It is the center where the addiction is completely removed from the life of the person. There are many types of drugs, which are both legal and illegal and both are harmful in excess. Legal ones are those which are given by the doctor with minimum dosage and the other ones are those which are very bad for human health. Everything is necessary but in limited quantity. Similarly, drug/alcohol consumption is very harmful to the human body. It is illegal to consume these products.

What is the difference between legal and illegal drugs?

Legal drugs:

• It is allowed by the government
• It is consumed as per the doctor's prescription
• It is easily available at the chemist's shop
• Doctors always give it in limited quantities so that it does not affect the human body.
• Some of these legal medicines are:- Nicotec, fever, and any other kind of special medicines

Illegal drugs:

• It is not allowed by the government
• It is not prescribed by the government
• The doctor does not prescribe it
• It is always available with drug peddlers
• Some illegal drugs are:- Hashish (Hash), Marijuana, Heroin, Cocaine, Crystal Meth, alcohol, beer, wine, etc.

Who mainly consumes illegal drugs?

In today's scenario everyone is involved in it. There is a chain of illegal consumption. Once a person from any environment starts taking it and advises others to join it, there is a growing generation in today's world. The young generation is more and most of the youth are engaged in these illegal activities. Our youth is getting caught in the grip of consuming illegal products. It is necessary to get our young generation out of this swamp. Because once our generation gets stuck in this swamp, they can never come out.

How illegal products are harmful?

• It affects the human body and behavior
• It can cause cancer which is a long-term effect and is very difficult to bear. And short-term effects on human nature.

How to remove the symbol of a drug addict?

1. Do meditation regularly which helps the person to focus on one thing
2. Go for a walk outside for a little change or go to a place where the person sits and meditates like:- near a waterfall in Himachal Pradesh, any temple, and any place where everyone is doing yoga.
3. Go with parents and friends and get moral support and confidence from them.
4. Distract your mind by doing something new like playing music, yoga, dancing, and sitting with family. This will help the person to stay away from drugs and alcohol.
