Images: Please include at least one high-quality image with your post. Images must be original or have the necessary copyright permissions.

Bio: Please include a short bio (1-2 sentences) and a headshot/photo of yourself to be included alongside the post.

Promotion: We encourage you to promote your post on your social media channels and website. However, please do not include any promotional links within the body of the post.

Editing: We reserve the right to edit your post for clarity, grammar, and style.
