Depending on the reason or the nature and progression of the illness, you are entitled to varying degrees of home nursing care services:

Emergency care: We cover the costs of treatment care as long as it is medically necessary.

Supportive care: If you do not need care above care level 1, we will cover the costs of basic care and domestic support for a maximum of 28 days.

Hospital avoidance care: We cover the costs of treatment care as well as the necessary basic care and household support for a maximum of 28 days.

To apply for this benefit, the following steps are necessary:

Assessment of necessity: Your doctor must prescribe home nursing care for you. This assessment will determine whether you or a person living in your household can perform the necessary services yourself or whether the required procedures can be learned. It can be realized.

Applying for home nursing care: On the back of the prescription, you apply for home nursing care and tell us where the care should be provided.

Selecting a care provider: Select a care provider. The care provider must be a contracted partner of IBest Home Care. We'll be happy to help you choose a provider. You can also use our care guide to assist you in your search.

Submit the prescription: The care provider you select will complete the prescription, and then you will submit the document to IBest Home Care. Your home nursing services in Lahore care provider can also send the prescription directly to us.

Review of claim: We will review the completed prescription and inform you of the decision.

Following a hospital stay, we offer basic nursing care and household services in select cases. IBest Home Care assesses each case based on its specific characteristics.

An additional benefit for extra support: As a IBest Home Care statutory benefit, you will receive basic care and household support in some instances, in addition to treatment care, for a limited period of a maximum of 28 days.

Free choice of provider: You choose a suitable, recognized nursing service to provide your care. We'll be happy to assist you in your search.

Simple billing: We arrange the payment for home nursing care directly with the nursing service.
