How to Track Your Shipment

To track your Trackon shipment, follow these steps:

1. Find your AWB, docket, or consignment number on your receipt or booking confirmation
2. Enter it in the tracking box above

The Full Shipment Journey, What Each Status Means

Every shipment moves through clear stages. Here’s what each trackon tracking status actually means:

Booking Confirmed: Trackon has received your shipment details and generated a tracking number. Your parcel hasn’t been physically picked up yet.

Pickup Completed: A courier has collected the parcel from the sender. This is the first physical movement in the journey.

Arrived at Hub: Your parcel has reached a regional sorting center. Large shipments pass through 2-4 hubs before reaching you, depending on distance.

In Transit: The shipment is moving between two hubs. This is often the longest stage, especially for interstate or remote deliveries.

Dispatched: Your parcel has left a hub and is heading toward the next location, either another hub or the final delivery branch.

Out for Delivery: A delivery agent has your parcel and is heading to your address today.

Delivered: The receiver has accepted the parcel. Delivery is complete.

Delivery Attempt Failed: The delivery agent tried to deliver but couldn’t, usually because no one was available, the address was incomplete, or access was restricted.

Returned to Sender (RTO): After failed delivery attempts, the parcel is being sent back to the original sender. RTO can add 5-10 extra days.

Exception: Something unusual happened (damaged packaging, customs hold, address issue) and the shipment needs manual review.

Common Trackon Courier Tracking Problems and Fixes

Tracking not updating?

Reason: Your parcel hasn’t hit the next scan point yet.
Fix: Wait 24 hours. If there’s still no change, contact support with your tracking number.

"Invalid tracking number" error?

Reason: A digit may be missing or mistyped.
Fix: Double-check your receipt or SMS confirmation for the exact number.

Shipment delayed with no clear reason?

Reason: Could be hub congestion, weather, or a regional holiday.

No scan available yet?

Reason: The parcel was booked but hasn’t been physically picked up.
Fix: Give it 24-48 hours before contacting support.

Status looks wrong or outdated?

Reason: Scan data can lag behind actual movement by a few hours.
Fix: Refresh after a few hours. If it’s stuck for 3+ days, file a complaint.
