An early production facility is a complete facility to produce oil and gas and dispose the produced water. This facility is usually located on land, but barge facilities are also common. The size range is usually between 5,000 to 60,000 barrels per day. All the equipment for treating the oil, gas, and water such as separators, heaters, scrubbers, power supplies, lighting, water treatment, etc. is provided as a package. The facility is usually all skid-mounted and is put in place, interconnected, and commissioned by EN-FAB, Inc. Indirect heaters works by submersing a fluid or gas carrying process coil into a heated bath solution, which indirectly heats the coil allowing for safe, efficient, uniform heating of oil and other fluids. Common bath mediums include water, water/glycol and hot oil.
Gas Fired Salt Bath Heaters
Salt melts can be used to meet the higher operating temperature requirements of more specialized applications.

What is a modular plant?
Modular systems can be comprised of many unit operations contained on a single skid or multiple skids that are connected on site to form a large process system. They are delivered as complete turnkey structures, that include all process equipment - pressure vessels, reactors, heat exchangers, pumps, instrumentation, wiring, valves and piping, mounted within structural steel frame. This frame serves as a support during shipping and also provides access to the equipment for operation and maintenance purposes..
Fabrication
Each self-contained unit is constructed off-site in controlled, conditions where materials can be securely stored to prevent damage or deterioration.
Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT)
Testing prior to delivery, ensures equipment arrives production ready expediting start-up time.
