1. Stay away from alcohol

Too much alcohol can also be a cause of cancer. The high amount of alcohol in the drink greatly increases the risk of cancer. Excess amount of alcohol is not good for the body. Therefore, do not take any kind of intoxicant.

2. Protection against viruses and bacteria

Human papilloma virus can cause cervical cancer. To avoid this, special care should be taken of physical relations and cleanliness. Helicobacter pylori, which causes stomach ulcers, can also cause stomach cancer.

3. Pap smear test

Women are required to have this test done. It is a simple, inexpensive and sure way to diagnose and check the chances of cervical cancer. In this test, a spatula is inserted into the uterus. From which cells are taken out as a sample, then they are examined. After three years of marriage, every two years this test should be done by all women.

3. Eat a healthy diet

Eat plenty of fruits, vegetables and grains, eat more fibrous food. The vitamins which are present in vegetarian diet increase the immunity of the body. Due to which cancer does not cause disease. Eat less things cooked on high flame.

4. Reduce sugar intake

The consumption of sugar should be kept to a minimum. In a research it has been found that the risk of colorectal cancer in women increases with the consumption of sugar.
