Doing Kapalbhati Pranayama immediately after eating food and for 4 hours after it can be harmful.

Do not do this pranayama during pregnancy and after pregnancy.

Women should not do Kapalbhati Pranayama even during menstruation.

Patients with high blood pressure, dizziness, hernia, epilepsy, seizures, heart disease and gastric ulcer should not do Kapalbhati Kriya.

If you are suffering from back pain, then do Kapalbhati only after consulting a doctor.

If you do this pranayama then you must know when to do Kapalbhati because there is no benefit of doing this pranayama at any time.
