What is who can comment setting in blogger

What type of readers do you want to accept comments from on Blogger Blog? You can do its setting from here. In this you get the following options.

Anyone: If you want that anyone can comment on your blog, then you select this option.

User with Google
Accounts: If you want only the right person to comment on your blog, then you can only allow those people to comment who have a Google Account.

Only members of this blog: You can only allow Blog Authors and its members for comments. You can easily do this work by this option.
