Sitting in the posture of meditation, sitting in Padmasana is more beneficial.
Keeping the spine straight, place your hands on the knees.
Now close your eyes and leave the whole body very light.
Take a deep breath (Your belly should be out at this point)
Exhale, while exhaling, draw the stomach inwards.
In a sequence, inhale and exhale 20 times.
After the completion of Kapalbhati, sit in a state of peace for 1 minute and feel the peace in the mind.
