1: Submit your site to Google Search Console
Google Search Console is a very good tool developed by Google. It tells you how your site is performing in Google? What error has occurred in your site? For what reason Google is not able to crawl and index your site, etc. It helps in getting valuable insights.
Apart from this, if there is a security issue in your site, then you are mailed by Google Search Console.
Its Index Coverage section tells you which pages of your site are indexed in Google. It also tells you about errors and warnings that prevent the page from being indexed.
2: Submit Sitemap
A sitemap is a file that contains the URLs of your website. It helps search engine bots to crawl and index your site better.
If you haven't created a sitemap for your site yet, create a sitemap now and submit it to Google Search Console.
If you are already using Yoast SEO or Jetpack plugin on your site, then you can easily create sitemap for your site with one click.
3: Do URL Inspection
After publishing your content, make sure to inspect its URL. URL inspection tool allows you to check a specific URL on your website to see how Google search sees that URL. This tool provides information about detailed crawl, index, AMP error, last crawl date etc.
If it shows that your URL does not exist in Google, then you click on Request Indexing. Google bots will crawl your content instantly and your content will be indexed in Google in a few seconds or hours.
Whenever you publish new content on your site or blog, do URL Inspection then click on Request Indexing. It helps to index your blog post fast in Google.
4: Do Internal Linking in Your Site
If you do internal linking in your site, then your site will be fast indexed and will be able to get a good position in the search results.
Internal linking makes your content more useful for visitors. Also, Google considers your content as quality content and provides a better rank in search results.
5: Create an RSS Feed for your site
Create an RSS Feed for your site. When you publish content on your site, those content gets updated automatically in the RSS Feed. This is the easiest way to tell search engines that your site is up to date.
You can use Feedburner to create an RSS Feed. Feedburner is an RSS management tool developed by Google. It helps to notify Google that a new blog post or page has been published on your website or blog which is ready to crawl and index.
6: Share your site everywhere
Share your site as much as you can. Create an account (for your site) on each social networking site and then you will see a website option in the profile. Just enter your website URL there.
This method helps in getting your site fast indexing in Google as well as getting quality backlinks.
7: Ping Your Blog
By pinging your site on Ping-o-Matic, you can tell many search engines at once that your site has been updated. All you need to do is enter your blog name, homepage URL and RSS URL. Then click on Send Pings. As you can see in the screenshot
8: Always Check Google Crawl Errors
If there are many errors on your site, then Google will crawl your site slowly. Because Google will understand that the owner of the website does not maintain the site properly. As a result, Google will reduce crawling of your site. So try to fix Crawl Errors as soon as possible.
Apart from this, there are many 404 not found URLs present in your site, so try to fix them. This creates a bad experience for the visitor.
