What is backup in blogging

There are two main things in a blog. One Blog Content and the other Blog Theme. These two things make that blog a blog. And both these things are with another person (Host Server).

When All Blog Components (Database, Posts, Pages, Themes etc.) are downloaded to their computer by Blog Owners, then only this downloaded component is known as Back Up.
