How to add video in blogger post

Step: #1

Log in with your Google account by going to Blogger.com. Use your Gmail ID and Password to log in. And use the same account with which you signed in to Blogger.

Step: #2

After logging in to Blogger, the Blogger Dashboard will open in front of you. From here you can select your blog from Blog List with the help of Down Arrow . Meaning the blogger blog you want to update. If you have more than one blog. If you have only one blog then you can skip this step.

Step: #3

After selecting Blog, you will have Blog Specific Dashboard open in front of you. From here you click on the button New post made in front.

Step: #4

After doing this, the Post Editor will open in front of you. Now you either write your text content first or leave it blank. Now to add a video, click on the Insert a Video button from the Tool Bar.

Step: #5

After clicking on the Insert a Video button, the Add a video window will open in front of you. In which the following options will be available to you to add video.

Upload – Through Upload, you can add videos from your computer's hard disk. And if you are using blogger on mobile phone. Then you can add the videos available in your phone storage.

From YouTube - If you want to upload a YouTube video to your post, then you can do it through that option. To upload a video through this, all you have to do is enter the YouTube URL of the video in the box and your video will be added to the post.

My YouTube Videos - The YouTube videos you uploaded earlier. All those videos will be found here.

Step: #6

You can choose any one of the above mentioned options and proceed. Here we are using the first one i.e. Upload. And we will recommend it to you too. So to add a video through this option, click on the button Choose a video to upload below it.

Step: #7

Now File Upload Window will open in front of you. Through this, wherever you have your videos in your computer, go to that folder and select it. And after that click on the button Open at the bottom.

Step: #8

Now the video selected by you will start uploading in Current Post.
