1. Choose a quiet place.

Meditation can be best done at a quiet place only. Therefore, choose a place where there is no noise of any kind. The peaceful environment makes the meditative experience more blissful, making you feel as if you are in another world.

2. Choose the right time.

Although there is no regular time to do meditation, but if meditation is done in the morning and evening, then meditation feels better. If you meditate in the morning or evening, then you get a peaceful environment which keeps your mind focused.

3. Practice remaining calm and upright for some time.

Now close your eyes and sit in peace. While doing meditation, you sit in a comfortable posture, so that you do not have trouble sitting for a long time. However, by sitting on meditation daily, gradually your time to sit on meditation will also increase.

4. Now slowly take deep long breaths.

In the beginning, your mind goes here and there, so slowly take deep breaths and try to keep the mind focused. Slowly your mind will be calm and you will get physical relaxation.

5. Now focus on your breath.

Keeping the pattern of inhale and exhale, focus your attention on the breath. You have to keep your full attention between both the eyes.

6. Keep a smile on your face.

To make the meditation experience even better, keep a smile on your face. After the completion of this method, slowly open the eyes slowly and feel the experience of peace in the mind.
