What is optical zoom

Optical Zoom is used to take a close shot without physically getting closer. If we talk about digital zoom, then it is a part of digital cameras. Camcorders, which allow you to crop the entire image, and digitally increase the size of the viewfinder for that part. Digital zoom is a method of reducing the exact angle of view of a digital photograph or video image. This is accomplished by cropping an image to an area with the same aspect ratio as the original and scaling the image to the dimensions of the original.
