USB was conceived in 1996, which was named USB 1.X, which had a data transfer speed of 1.5 Mbps, after which USB 1.1 was released in 1998, USB 1.1 was designed by Microsoft, followed by USB 2.0 in the year 2000. It was launched, it was made by Intel and other companies, whose maximum data transfer speed was 480 Mbps which was much higher than USB 1.1, this USB 2.0 became more popular due to its data transfer speed and its use in most devices. In the same sequence, USB 3.0 was launched in the year 2008, whose maximum data transfer speed is 5Gbps. USB 3.0 is also named as Super Speed.
