1. Write a New Blog Post Using Long Tail Keywords
Write a new article on your blog and optimize it with long tail keywords.
But keep one thing in mind, do not use only one long tail keyword in your content.
Optimize your content with as many long-tail keywords as possible. This technique helps you to get a good rank in SERPs.
2. Update Your Old Blog Post
Try to optimize all parts of your blog post like title, meta description and subheadings with long-tail keywords, even images.
This technique helps to boost both your ranking and traffic.
Title - Use well-researched long tail keywords for your title. Research the viral and popular titles related to your content. Create a title of your own with long tail keywords based on the titles that would have gained more shares.
Meta Description – Apply the same process for meta description like title. Keep your meta description short and descriptive.
Content – Along with writing your content lengthy, use long tail keywords in the right place in them. This helps your content rank better in the SERPs. But keep one thing in mind, do not do keyword stuffing in your content.
Images – Use long-tail keywords related to your main keywords in the Alt tag (Alternative text) of your image. It helps you to get good rank in image search.
Subheadings – While writing content, it is very important to use proper subheading in it. This makes your content reader friendly. Use your main keywords and long tail keywords in subheadings. It helps search engines to understand your content better.
