How to Add Nofollow Link in WordPress Navigation Menus

First click on Appearance >>> Menu. After that click on Screen Option. Then check the Link Relationship (XFN) box.

Now add your link by clicking on Custom Link option. Then click on the Add to Menu button.

Now the link you have added will appear in the Menu Structure Column. You have to click on the Downward arrow. And save the menu by typing nofollow in the Link Relationship (XFN) box.
