What is LCD projector

LCD projectors fall right in between DLP and LCoS projectors. They are not as bright as DLP projectors, but they are generally brighter than LCoS projectors. They don't produce as deep blacks as LCOS projectors, but they are better than DLP projectors. The speed isn't as sharp and fast as a DLP projector can produce, but the speed from an LCD projector outweighs the speed of an LCoS projector.

3D images produced by an LCD projector may be less accurate than 3D images produced by DLP projectors, but an LCD projector may outperform an LCoS projector due to its ability to produce bright images. LCD projectors are affordable, starting at about the same price as single-chip DLP projectors.
