What is LED monitor

The full form of LED is 'Light Emitting Diode', which is the latest innovation to compete with LCD and Plasma Monitors in today's market. These types of monitors are slightly curved or flat panel displays that use light-emitting diodes for backlighting on the screen instead of cold cathode fluorescent (CCFL) for back-lighting.

The LED display is brighter than other displays with 4k resolution, due to which it can be read or viewed easily in daylight. LED monitors use less power than LCD and at the same time LEDs are widely used by gamers for high graphics and HD game play.
