How to Fix Destination Folder Already Exists Error

First of all you have to connect your WordPress site with FTP client.

After connecting, you'll need to go to /wp-content/plugins/ or /wp-content/themes/ to find the folder you were trying to install. After finding the folder, delete that folder.

Now you can go back to your WordPress site and reinstall the plugin or theme.
